Another one bites the dust

So a few weeks ago I lost my ID badge and access card. Monday, I finally got a new id and a new access card. Friday, I lost them again. I called a co-worker and asked her to see if it was sitting at my desk. She said yes, so I wasn't super worried. Well, today I got here and there was no id badge. It was an empty holder that I don't use that she had seen. So now, one week after I replaced my old ones, I have lost them again.
