Ten things I love about my city.

I'm including things about the entire metro area, because really, it counts.

10. Grand Ave. in St. Paul. I love Grand. I want to live on Grand. Tons of cute shops, and bars. And gorgeous apartments.
9. The Twins. I know, I know, baseball again, but really, it's such a sassy team, they're fun, and seem to be a little more normal than the drama queens on other baseball teams.
8. Local music. For a city thats not New York, LA or Chicago, we have a pretty good music scene around here.
7. The Lakes. Um. Beautiful water everywhere you look.
6. My mom is here. 'Nuff said.
5. Stuff to do. It's big enough that once you know people to do stuff with, there's stuff to do, sculpture garden, shows, bars, festivals, its great.
4. Freeway system. Ok, I know this is kind of weak, but I was able to drive from Burnsville to Mounds View, approx 35 miles, in 20 minutes.
3. Getting lost. There are so many people here, not everyone knows everyone and I don't stand out at all. I can get lost in a crowd of people, and I like it that way.
2. Cub. When I was in college we didn't have Cub's and I love their bread. Weak, I know.
1. I'm ok with it. I want to live somewhere else, but if I don't get that chance, I'd be ok living here for the rest of my life, its constantly changing, so there is always something different.
