So here I am

This weekend was not jam-packed, but fairly busy. I did homework, and hung out with a friend Friday evening. Saturday, my mother decided she wanted to go shopping, I needed new shoes, so I went with, I did find new shoes, but they're too long, so I have to go back and exchange them.

Saturday night, Erika, JoAnna, Nadia and I went to Trail of Terror in Shakopee. It was fun. We stood in line for an hour and a half, maybe two hours, for the haunted hayride, which left much to be desired. I think if we had been sitting in a different spot it would have been a little better, but oh well. Then we went into the heated tent to warm up and listen to some crap band. Funniest part was JoAnna saying "hey, thats my brother" her brother is an intern for 93x and he wsa working there. Was quite funny. After that we stood in a significantly shorter line for the haunted maze.

Hee. I made Erika go ahead of me, and held on to the back of her coat. JoAnna was behind me, holding on to my coat. Nadia was behind JoAnna and felt that she was too cool to hold on. Yeah, Nadia got lost. We probably would have gotten lost too, had the people in front of us not waited for us, and given Erika directions through the maze. So here we are, the three of walking through the haunted maze screaming "Nadia!" trying to find her. We did find her, she got stuck behind the group that was behind us. Good times were had.

I have a bit of a cold again. I thought I had beat it down early last week, but apparently I spent too much time out in the cold the past few nights, and it has reared its ugly head again. I pretty much slept all day yesterday. I did do a few pages of Spanish, but mostly, I slept. So now I am at work, and I have been here since 5:30am, and I'm going to struggle to make it until 3:30pm, while skipping my lunch break.

And, because I am sick, and it is chilly out, I wore my nice, warm, wool tutrtleneck to work today. I [heart] this sweater. But I forgot to put a cami on this morning, and the wool is itchy. Gonna be a long day.

It will all be worth it though to not have to come into work on Wednesday after the concert. Thats right, tomorrow is the Ben Folds concert. I'm quite excited.

I just went home and took a nap, and that worked wonders for me. I'm very tired today though thanks to the wild sex my neighbors were having at 3am.
