America believes in education: the average professor earns more money in a year than a professional athlete earns in a whole week.

well, back to our mid-life-crisis-programming:
i really don't have a whole lot to add, i got my transcripts audited, and they turned out pretty much how i thought they would, and now i'm just waiting for the program head to get back to me with a meeting time so we can meet one on one and see if the program is right for me.

in health related news:
i'm really, really sleepy right now, i have a phone shift in 5 minutes (stupid shorthandedness making me do phones) i called in and said i couldn't make it to ESL teaching tonight, i plan on going home and taking a nap.

in other news:
um, yeah, i don't have any other news. i'm tired and want a nap.

good lord, I can't believe you didn't call in sick. I know I would have.

Well, I'm glad you're on the mend, and you certainly are dedicated to be at work after the weekend you've had! I hope that nap worked out for you.

carly, it's not so much dedication as a need for a paycheck. I did leave early and the nap was fantastic. I did call in sick to school and say i couldn't teach last night.
