i want a picnic basket. because today is beautiful outside, and it makes me want to call up a bunch of friends, go sit by a lake (there's plenty around here), pack a picnic lunch and a frisbee, and spend the day enjoying the great outdoors.
but, for a true picnic lunch, you need a picnic basket!
but, if anyone wants to head to the lakes today, como, phalen, calhoun, harriet island, i'm in. give me a call.
eta: well, it looks like we're going to the baseball game. but i still want a picnic basket. and my stupid weekends are kind of full coming up, but i will spend a day at the lake, soon.

I have decided that I don't take enough pictures. So, if you're spending any time with me in the future, be prepared to be photographed. I'd hate to look back on my life and say "I wish I had taken more pictures." I'm pretty sure no one looks back and says "I wish I had forgotten my camera more often."

You know what? I saw the photo of the picnic basket and thought 'I want one of those. I'm going to picnic this summer.' Then I get to the point... you want one too. Great idea!
I so want one! I've wanted one forever, but I always forget to ask for one for Christmas or my Birthday.
Dawn, I know it sounds stupid, but you are right about taking pictures. Sometimes I feel like a knob taking my camera everywhere!
Carly, they have a fabulous picnic set at Jysk, with ceramic dishes and stainless steel cutlery! I was looking at it recently thinking I'd love to buy one, if not for me then it would make a great wedding gift...guess I'll pick one up!
