Yes, but every time I try to see things your way, I get a headache.

Someone, who shall remain nameless, has convinced me I have chronic headaches. Turns out the rest of the world does not, in fact, have a headache every other day, or every day, for that matter. So, because I'm a little sick of doctors after my exciting summer, I've made an appointment with a chiropractor for Monday the 18th.

I went to the gym today. My goal until after Christmas is 3 days a week. I'm working weekend in Burnsville, and not staying at my place so I'm unable to go those days. So far this week, so good. I went yesterday and today, and I plan on going tomorrow. Next week I may have to fudge a bit, as it's finals and I have class an extra day of the week.

But my point is this: I went to the gym today, headache free, and came out, with a headache. Coincidence? Or causation? You be the judge.

Go to the chiropractor and then see if you get headaches after you're done at the gym.

I think it's because I really pushed myself on the rowing machine two days in a row, and that makes my shoulders move in new ways, which tenses them up and causes headaches. So I do think it's causation, but I think it'll go away as my muscles get used to it.

I think if the gym did cause the headaches, it's entirely possible the chiropractor will be the best help.

Headahces suck.

I love the new look, Dawn. I have had absolutely no time to visit any blogs lately so today I'm doing a little catching up. (By a little, I mean a very little. Again, no time.)

That sucks about your headaches. I hope that you get it all worked out. If you think that they're a result of muscle strain then maybe a massage therapist would be a good option in addition to the chiropractor. Just an idea.

Me again. I'll be tagging you later on today. I just won't be around to let you know after it's published. I'm out of town for a few days. I'll look forward to your results.
