Motivated

Motivated by Sarah, I decided to make a to-do list for this week. I have no exciting reason for it, I'm not going to San Diego or anything exciting like that. But I do have a bit of stuff that needs to get done.

Things to do today Thursday:
go to class
clean kitchen (it still looks like it did in the last post. I haven't been home much.)
clean bathroom (seriously, ew.)
type up assessement on The Mysterious Tadpole
buy binders for subejct portfolios
Run to Target and buy dividers
drop coat off at drycleaners
clean out guestroom closet (holy boxes, seriously)
set VCR clock in bedroom so I can tape LOST next week.

Things to do by next Friday:
buy groceries for Saturday night dinner with Kristen and Cam (2/2)
pick up coat at drycleaners
put together author unit on E. L. Konigsburg
write health paper on health topic
rent and watch The Search for Bobby Fischer
re-read the ending of The Tale of Desperaux and write my summary
go to Barnes and Noble
buy food for 2/9 and 2/10 parties

It doesn't look like as much when it's all listed out, which is, I guess, the comfort of lists for me. Organization is comforting to me.

nope, sadly, I was down there last night though. I have class tonight, and Nick's sister is in town tommorrow and she's staying at my place, so I'll be staying in the St. Paul area. I hvae to go to a BN with a big children's area, too.

Hey, making lists is in my top ten list! I might have to post my to-do (tada!) list. I have zero motivation.

Sounds like a lot of your list is book work? You will have to tell me how the movie is.

yes, sadly, most of my list is homework. Except for the cleaning, which needs to get done because Nick's sister is staying with me, and I don't want her to know what I'm really like.
