That's the tagline for Kay Jewelers here in the twin cities. Pretty creative, I think.
Anyway. Courtney and Carly have both posted about kissing yesterday. It's a part of a fundraiser you can read all about on Courtney's blog if you're so inclined. But it made me start thinking. I decided that instead of rambling on and on and on in Carly's comments, I'd post my own thoughts.
I love kissing. I love kisses. I just do. When I spent a few months in Brasil, I became accustomed to the double-cheek-kiss-greeting that is more known in countries other than mine.
Kissing in public. For the most part, not a fan. A greeting kiss, a goodbye kiss, a short peck for the heck of it, I'm all in favor. Some people hate it, and to each their own. I prefer to look at little things like that as signs of hope, and little reminders that there is still love in the world. A short, sweet peck can convey just as much, if not more affection and love than a deeply passionate kiss, in my opinion.
I do not, however, ever want to see someone else's tongue reaching into the mouth of another person. I'm not a prude by any means, I don't think anyone could argue that. But keep your tongue in your mouth. I also don't think that if you don't like kissing in front of people, or you don't want to see other people kiss, even a peck, that there is anything wrong with it :) I won't do it at your house, but feel free to do it at mine :)
