Mama said there'd be days like this. There'd be days like this, my momma said.

I hate today. I think I'm going to take the afternoon off and go play with my new furniture.

I'm working on the pictures, I have to get my living room just the way I want it and cleaned up so everyone gets the best possible view.

and it's not exciting furniture, just cheap-o target stuff, but it was much needed.

Cheap-o Target stuff? You wouldn't be saying that if you didn't HAVE a Target. Don't take things for granted, Dawn.

Sorry you had a crappy day, by now I hope you're feeling better.

hey, don't get me wrong i LOVE target. based right here in minneapolis, i actually got my new furniture at the Original Target in Roseville. My first job was at Target!

*did not know the roseville target is the original*

dawnmarie said...

yep! Target originated in Roseville! Local company! That's why headquarters are in Minnesota.

i knew it was a minneapolis-based company, but i didn't know where the first store was.

Holy crap! When I come to The Cities, can we go to the Original Target? Will you take my photo out front? Seriously.

dawnmarie said...

absolutely! When are you coming? It doesn't look anything like it used to because they just turned it into a super target, but we're so going there. just for you.
