It's a sticker. That was my brithday this year, and Toni had priority mail stickers several of us were wearing.

And thanks Carly - you did say it on Facebook and in email, so you're good! And the stickers! Fun times. I actually took those from the post office to have in my purse because every time I needed them there was never any where I needed them.
